Sr. Human Resources Associate

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of HR operations in a fast-growing team.

A role for someone who enjoys working across people, processes, hiring, onboarding, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

• Hiring coordination and recruitment support
• Onboarding and employee experience
• HR operations and day-to-day people support
• HR administration and coordination
• Improving and streamlining HR processes

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of HR / People Operations experience
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
• Strong ownership and communication skills
• A hands-on, solution-first mindset
