Role Description

Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts (F&A)
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Strong accounting fundamentals with comprehensive understanding of business processes and financial operations.

• Proven experience in monthly accounting finalization and financial closing activities.

• Strong exposure to variance analysis, MIS preparation, and financial reporting support.

• Sound understanding beyond journal entries and debit-credit accounting, with the ability to align finance functions with overall business operations.

• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical capabilities and expertise in financial data reconciliation.

• Working knowledge of US accounting and taxation processes.

• Hands-on experience with QBO (QuickBooks Online) and Odoo ERP systems.

• Strong bookkeeping and financial review experience with high accuracy and financial control orientation.

• Automation-driven mindset with focus on process enhancement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.

• Ability to streamline finance operations, develop scalable systems, and support implementation of finance transformation initiatives and process improvement projects

• Candidates with strong domestic accounting experience may also apply, subject to strong finance and business process understanding.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or related field is mandatory.

• MBA (Finance) and professional certifications/degrees will be considered an added advantage.
