Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our day-to-day supply chain and operational activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, logistics, and process optimization.

Assist in procurement and supply chain operations
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups
Maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and operational documentation
Support inventory tracking and stock management activities
Assist in logistics coordination and shipment tracking
Prepare operational reports, MIS, and data analysis reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations
Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
BBA, B. Com, MBA (Operations), MBA (Supply Chain), Supply Chain Management students, or fresh graduates
