At RPJ Jewellers Private Limited, we're looking for a Business Process & MIS Executive who can help us improve business operations through technology, automation, reporting, and process optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and using technology to make businesses more efficient.

✔ Prepare and maintain accurate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.

✔ Work extensively on Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

✔ Build reports using Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Dashboards, Lookups, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting.

✔ Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for management.

✔ Understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.

✔ Learn and work with new software platforms and digital tools used by the organization.

✔ Support the implementation of technology-driven business improvements.

✔ Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT and similar platforms) to research, solve problems, improve productivity, and simplify workflows.

✔ Document processes and assist in training team members on newly implemented systems.

✔ Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency across departments.

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Business Operations, Data Analysis, Process Management, Business Support, IT Support, or similar roles is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent analytical skills and a strong learning mindset are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of Pivot Tables, Excel Formulas, Reporting, Dashboards, and Data Analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Interest in AI, Automation, and Process Improvement.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or scripting concepts will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of the jewellery industry will be considered an added advantage.
