Responsible for measuring contract service levels against performance indices

Perform various analysis on SLA performance against target

Capture and analysis of other performance data to optimize and improve service delivery

Act as an interface with Operations and Third Party Managers to determine the root cause of missed commitments

Develop action plans to identify root cause and design workaround to improve commitments adherence
