Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounts Manager to manage overall accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, audits, and team management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger)
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory laws
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and related compliance
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and working capital
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights
• Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Supervise and guide the accounts team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred 

Required Skill

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and analytical abilities
