Role Description

This is a contract-based Sports Coach position based on-site in Lucknow. The Sports Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting sports training sessions, developing fitness programs, and mentoring athletes to enhance their skills and performance. The role involves supporting athletes in achieving their goals, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for individual and team growth. Additionally, the coach will monitor progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sports Coaching and Sports Training to guide and effectively mentor athletes.
• Background in Physical Education and coaching fundamentals to develop structured and effective programs.
• Strong Communication skills to provide clear instructions, motivation, and feedback.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to varied schedules.
• Relevant certifications in coaching or physical education, with preference given to specific sports expertise.
• Experience working with athletes of all skill levels to ensure an inclusive approach to training.
