Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives with 3–4 years of demonstrated success in IT, Telecom, SaaS, or Technology sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing B2B business accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term customer relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle global inbound (hot) leads and manage enterprise customer accounts.
- Conduct client discovery calls, draft proposals, and handle the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to onboarding and account management.
- Drive sales for enterprise messaging products including SMS, RCS, Voice, WhatsApp Business API, and Chatbots.
- Research and develop new business opportunities using lead generation platforms and tools.
- Maintain consistent pipeline updates, follow-ups, and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills and Tools:
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce).
- Proficiency in email communication, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Skilled in lead mining tools such as Lusha, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong grasp of enterprise B2B sales processes and global customer relationship handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of experience in Business Development within Telecom, IT, or SaaS companies.
• Experience in dealing with international enterprise clients.
• Super Fluent in English and High in confidence.
• Additional International languages will be preferred
• Familiarity with messaging services or CPaaS platforms is highly desirable.
