Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, achieving sales targets, managing dealer relationships, and creating effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of sales representatives, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and presenting strategic insights to management for decision-making. This role emphasizes strong leadership and the ability to drive revenue growth while fostering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy, business development, and relationship management
- Experience in market research, customer needs analysis, and sales forecasting
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and data analytics
- Experience in software solutions or digital marketing industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Results-driven mentality with proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to adapt to an on-site work environment
Compensation Details:
₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (CTC)
Potential to earn great bonus on sales.
