Role Description

ICSA is seeking a full-time Sponsorship Executive to join our dynamic team on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves identifying and engaging potential sponsors, fostering strong client relationships, and creating compelling proposals to secure sponsorship deals. The Sponsorship Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in organizing successful events, ensuring sponsor satisfaction, and meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior decision-makers, contribute to event planning, and strategize innovative approaches to partnership development.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to address sponsor requirements effectively.
• Expertise in Event Management and Event Planning to support seamless execution of events.
• Proven ability in Sales to engage potential sponsors and close partnership deals.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and achieve objectives.
• Previous experience within the event or sponsorship industry is a plus.
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
