About the Role

Della Resorts

is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-groomed Spa Receptionist to manage front desk operations for our 24×7 luxury spa facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience by handling appointments, guest inquiries, billing, coordination with therapists, and maintaining high hospitality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist spa guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage spa appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins efficiently.
  • Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and billing procedures accurately.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and operations team for smooth scheduling.
  • Maintain guest records, preferences, and confidentiality standards.
  • Explain spa services, wellness packages, memberships, and promotions to guests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor inventory of reception supplies and coordinate replenishment.
  • Maintain operational continuity during day, evening, night, weekends, and holiday shifts.
  • Support overall guest satisfaction and uphold luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality front office operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a pleasing personality.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts as part of a 24×7 operation.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking/POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette required.

Minimum Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred

Minimum Job Experience

1–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hotel, or hospitality front office operations
