About the Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager who can read the market, build winning kitchenware products, source from the right manufacturers, and own profitability. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do

Product & Market

Track consumer trends, competition, and gaps in kitchenware categories
Drive new product development (NPD) from concept to launch
Work with R&D/design on materials, specs, and cost targets

Sourcing & Negotiation

Identify and onboard Indian & global manufacturers
Lead RFQs, sampling, trials, and final supplier selection
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, tooling, and contracts

P&L & Cost Management

Own category-level P&L and margins
Partner with Finance on costing and pricing
Drive cost optimization and value engineering

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Supply Chain (India & Global) on planning and execution
Partner with Marketing on product positioning and launches
Support Sales/E-commerce with product insights and portfolio planning

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of sourcing experience with exposure to product development into Stainless Steel, Glassware, Homeware
Strong understanding of kitchenware products, materials, and manufacturing
Proven negotiation and vendor management skills
Solid grasp of costing, margins, and profitability
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
