Collection development :
Collection development :
- Participate in sketchdeliveries with product teams & factories
- Participate in theconstruction of collection documents (bill of materials)
- Follow samples reception& exchange between teams
- Update product data& information in systems at all stage of the development (trims, fabrics,packaging)
- Organize & plan factoryvisits logistic, accompany & guide merchandising teams
- Guarantee SMS on timedeliveries
- Participate toproduct fittings with Design & Product teams
- Propose productand/or process improvement to achieve better efficiencies/quality/price
- Update technical packindustrially to allow production launch
- Secure style duplicationfrom other platform to enable nearshoring strategy
- Review trims &fabrics with quality team
- Negotiate finalprices with suppliers to secure finance targets objectives
- Insure on time OKProduction according to BU Planning schedule
- +5 years’ experience in textile& apparel sourcing or development
- Fluency in English required
- Ability to work on Excel,PowerPoint & other internal systems
- Detailed oriented
- Problem solving & resultsoriented
- Financial acumen & Analyticalskills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate withfunctional stakeholders
