About The Role



We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery in the spheres of Vendor Management and Vendor Selection.  In this capacity, he/she is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in client business units, coordination with other key managers within CLIENT alliance partner organizations and strive for  customer satisfaction.

Operational Matters

Provide the leadership to the Procurement Management team in the corporate office & single point of contact procurement in the India Be responsible for statutory compliance program for sub vendors across CLIENT India. In consultation and collaboration with CLIENT team leads oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the sub contractor service delivery across all sites. Ensure client satisfaction with Facility/Property Management teams across India sites by providing a seamless interface into central procurement. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity. Understand the Procurement Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Transition Manager and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes. Oversee the development and management of the sub contracted services budgets Support the CLIENT Head in the implementation of short and long-term projects for CLIENT India. Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by CLIENT Head. Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the team. Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration. Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards. Share bench-marking data & best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for Jones Lang LaSalle CLIENT. Be the overall lead for Delphi + Contract Management in India
