Job Description
- Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience till conversion.
- Responsible for building loyal network of influencers for business generation.
- Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost-effective way.
- Own up the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion.
- Multitasking abilities to manage relationship with diverse influencers and stake holders (Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores and Trades).
- Exhibiting achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption)
- Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
- Be the First point of contact for escalations and be supportive in ensuring delighted customers.
