Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Location: Madgaon, Goa

Joining: Immediate:

Compensation: 3.5lpa - 4.5lpa

Experience: Min 1 year in inside sales (EdTech Exp Preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Counsel students & parents on PW courses via face-to-face and telephonic sessions.
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into admissions with personalized guidance.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate on academic events, seminars, and student engagement initiatives.
• Meet monthly admission targets while aligning with student career goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Counselling preferred).
• 1–3 years in counselling, student support, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented team player.
• Willing to work from Raipur office/school campus.
