  • Salary: [ 5,00,000 CTC - 7,00,000 CTC ] based on field experience
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Time: [ 9:30AM - 6:30PM ]


Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for LeadRoad’s own services.

The ideal candidate is confident in outbound prospecting, understands B2B sales cycles, and can communicate LeadRoad’s value proposition effectively to founders, CMOs, and sales leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation for LeadRoad:

  • Identify and research B2B companies that fit LeadRoad’s ICP.
  • Sales calls, negotiation, and closure are your core responsibilities.
  • Conduct cold outreach via: Cold calls, Cold emails
  • LinkedIn prospecting
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the closing team or Co-Founders.


Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle 
  • Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations.
  • Understand prospect pain points and align them with LeadRoad’s solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and follow structured follow-up processes.


CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track daily outreach metrics.


Required Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in: Business Development, Inside Sales, BDR (B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Strong objection handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
