Solutions Architect (Anaplan)

Job Title - Anaplan Solution Architect

Location - India (Hyderabad / Hybrid)

Role Summary

The Anaplan Solution Architect will be responsible for end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of Anaplan solutions supporting Reckitt’s connected planning initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Workforce Planning. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and SI partners to ensure scalable, high-performance, and well-governed Anaplan models aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Own the overall Anaplan solution architecture, ensuring adherence to Anaplan best practices (DISCO, PLANS, performance optimization).
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Anaplan models across multiple use cases.
• Define model design standards, data hubs, spoke models, and integration patterns.
• Ensure model performance, usability, security, and governance are built in by design.
• Delivery & Implementation
• Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations, from requirements and design through build, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee and review model builds by Model Builders and offshore teams.
• Drive UAT support, defect resolution, and production cutover activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of architecture, models, data flows, and business logic.

Integration & Data Management

• Design and oversee integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as SAP / Oracle ERP, BW, Data Lakes, CRM, and HR systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and auditability across planning processes.
• Partner with IT and data teams on integration tools and scheduling.
