Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect specializing in interior design who can take projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across all stages of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations

Handle end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per plan

Manage timelines, materials, and quality standards

Work closely with clients to understand and deliver expectations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and optimally utilizing interiors to align functionality with design goals
• Hands-on experience in Interior Design and Interior Architecture
• Expertise in executing Interior Fit-out projects, ensuring quality and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Architecture principles
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and the ability to create detailed drawings
• Exceptional creativity, project management, and strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design
• Experience in luxury interior design projects or high-quality material usage is a plus
