Solution Architect - Healthcare Payer Business

Grade: Senior Manager

Locations: Mumbai/ Noida/ Gurgaon / Kolkata / Bangalore preferred. Secondary locations- Hyderabad/ Chennai and locations where we have Wipro presence

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in US Healthcare industry with 10+ years of experience and exposure to Healthcare Payer business process outsourcing in Pre-Sales function.
• Deep domain knowledge of Payer services value chain and appreciation of challenges and trends impacting various Payer segments viz., Medicare/Medicaid, Commercials etc. Deep understanding of Payer process like Enrollment and Billing, Claims, Provider services and contact center operations. Deep understanding of the competitive landscape in Payer outsourcing and ability to do an unbiased SWOT analysis and recommend Wipro's next steps.
• Hands-on experience in solution design and development including RFx responses and proactive pitches to healthcare payers. Experience in creating sales collateral and content for websites is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Solution Architect- Payer

• Own solution deliverables for proactive and reactive sales opportunities (RFxs)
• Work with sales, delivery, transition, finance/ pricing and other support functions within Wipro to create a compelling solution and value proposition
• Solution defense - Client presentations.
• Industry analyst presentations.
• Conduct gap analysis of Wipro service offerings and solutions and identify potential partners for collaborating to leverage their solutions.
• Build new Go to Market offerings/ services in collaboration with Delivery and Partners (if any as necessary).
• Build thought papers / white papers to demonstrate Wipro's thought leadership.
• Create high quality content for lead generation and Collaborate with sales and marketing team to generate new sales leads

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, or Science.
• Desirable to have a management degree of certificate from leading schools.
