About the Role

The Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing US mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines, and managing a team of professionals in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Expert level knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documents and various mortgage processes in Originations. Preferably in underwriting
• Good email writing skills, well versed in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Experience in managing back-office mortgage Operations in outsourced environment and capable of managing 80+ FTE
• Capable of handling new process migrations
• Ability to build & motivate teams
• Ability to manage client relationships and escalations
• Ability to communicate with Wipro’s senior management

Qualifications

Education: 12+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Required Skills

• Expertise in US mortgage operations guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

• Experience in underwriting
• Experience in managing large teams
