LeanWay Energy has executed over 𝟮𝟱+ 𝗠𝗪𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 and is currently doing the 𝗘𝗣𝗖 of a 𝟳𝟬 𝗠𝗪𝗽 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱-𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁, 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗿𝗮.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:

• ITI in Electrical/Electronics.

• Experience in Solar project execution and O&M will be preferred.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Basic understanding of Solar systems and components.

• Teamwork and coordination abilities.

• Working knowledge of site execution, installation, and O&M processes.

• Awareness of SAFETY and QUALITY execution practices.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

• Base Location: Pune, Solar Project Sites: Across Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Rooftop installation AC and DC side experience of large projects.
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Hand on experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
