Position: Software Sales Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month



Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support business development and sales of software products/services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching software solutions, following up with prospective clients, and assisting in closing sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and market research.

·        Present and explain software products and services to prospective clients.

·        Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

·        Generate and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.

·        Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

·        Coordinate product demonstrations and client meetings.

·        Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.

·        Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

·        Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

·        Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Required Skills:

·        Good verbal and written communication skills.

·        Basic understanding of software, SaaS, or IT products/services.

·        Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to build client relationships.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

·        Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification:

·        Graduate in any stream.

·        1-2 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, inside sales, or business development preferred.

·        Positive and professional attitude.
