Software Implementation Expert (ERP)

Position: Software Implementation Expert

We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Software Implementation Expert who can implement, configure, and customize business software solutions based on client requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least any one major SaaS ecosystem (Zoho, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, etc.) along with strong programming fundamentals.

This role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, workflow setup, automation development, and system customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client business requirements
  

• Implement and configure SaaS solutions
  

• Set up workflows, automation, blueprints, and approval processes
  

• Customize modules as per business needs
  

• Develop custom functions and scripts (e.g., Zoho Deluge or other scripting tools)
  

• Handle API integrations and third-party system connections
  

• Manage data migration and system testing
  

• Provide client training and post-implementation support
  

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
  

• Maintain documentation for configurations and implementation processes
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  

• 1–5 years of experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / HRMS / POS implementation
  

• Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following tools: Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator, Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Marketing Automation / Campaigns, Microsoft 365 Dynamic, Salesforce
  

• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language: Java, Python, SQL, C++, Understanding of APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  

• Knowledge of database management and data handling
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  

• Experience in workflow automation and business process mapping
  

• Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting
  

• Experience handling enterprise-level implementations
  

• Certification in Zoho / Microsoft / Salesforce platforms
