Job Title: Software Developer

Job Synopsis:

Are you a passionate coder eager to build real-world applications from the ground up? At SmartDocs, we are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team. If you enjoy solving problems, writing clean code, and seeing your work come to life in production, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications across both frontend and backend using modern frameworks and technologies.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code while collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth performance across all platforms.
Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Foundational knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
Understanding of databases both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB).
Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
