As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in all deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience with application development and configuration in ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
