Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create interactive learning materials and resources to support training sessions.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants to help them enhance their interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current on trends in soft skills development and incorporate new techniques into training programs.
