About the Role

Grapes Worldwide is looking for an Brand Solutions Strategist/ SME who can combine brand thinking, creative strategy, influencer marketing, social media, media planning, and client servicing to deliver impactful integrated campaigns.

We are looking for a new-generation marketer who naturally leverages AI tools to work smarter, think faster, and deliver stronger outcomes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using AI-powered workflows to improve research, planning, reporting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Develop integrated marketing and brand strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Build campaign narratives, content frameworks, and creative directions that strengthen brand positioning.
  • Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and market opportunities into actionable campaign ideas.
  • Conduct research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, production, and media teams to bring campaign concepts to life.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

  • Develop influencer-led campaign strategies across relevant platforms and creator categories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend creators, influencers, and strategic partners aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate influencer activations, collaborations, and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future partnerships.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop platform-specific content and communication strategies across key social channels.
  • Oversee content planning and ensure consistency with broader brand objectives.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Media Planning & Campaign Support

  • Support media planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and channel recommendations.
  • Collaborate with media and performance marketing teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Understand key media metrics, performance indicators, and reporting frameworks.
  • Contribute to integrated media recommendations that balance brand-building and performance objectives.

Client Management & Strategic Consultation

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, presentations, and strategic reviews.
  • Understand client business challenges and proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Present campaign recommendations, performance insights, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve the quality and speed of client communication, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across social, influencer, content, and paid media channels.
  • Convert data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Prepare client-facing reports, campaign reviews, and strategic presentations.
  • Track campaign KPIs and measure effectiveness against defined objectives.

AI Marketing & Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gamma, and similar platforms to accelerate research, strategy development, content planning, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity, campaign effectiveness, and speed of execution.
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, audience discovery, and competitive intelligence using AI-powered tools.
  • Develop structured prompting approaches and repeatable workflows that enhance strategic output quality.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing, reporting, and account management tasks.
  • Stay updated on developments in generative AI, automation, agentic workflows, creator economy technologies, and emerging marketing tools.
  • Recommend innovative AI-driven solutions that create measurable value for clients and internal teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand strategy, account management, influencer marketing, social media strategy, integrated marketing, or client servicing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, influencer ecosystems, and social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of media planning and buying across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gamma, or similar tools.
  • Ability to use AI for research, strategic planning, presentation creation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong curiosity toward emerging technology, automation, and AI-driven marketing practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with GA4, Meta Insights, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with influencer discovery, creator management, or social listening tools.
  • Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Notion AI, or similar productivity tools.
  • Experience creating AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency and output quality.
