Search Engine Optimization Manager

SEO Manager — Full-Time (On-site, Noida)

About the Role

As our SEO Manager, you'll own the end-to-end SEO strategy — from technical audits and on-page optimization to content strategy and performance reporting. Beyond traditional search, you'll help us stay ahead of the curve by optimizing for generative AI engines and answer-based discovery.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and rankings
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
• Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements for search performance
• Build and refine our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) approach to improve visibility across AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and emerging trends in AI-driven search

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how content is surfaced in AI-driven search
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog)
• Solid grasp of HTML, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
• Excellent communication and project-management skills
