Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing Path-iQ’s presence across social platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing a social media content calendar, writing and publishing posts, and optimizing content for each channel. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, refining social media strategies based on data, and coordinating with marketing and product teams to highlight company updates, thought leadership, and customer stories. The Social Media Manager also engages with the online community by responding to comments and messages, supporting campaigns, and ensuring consistent, professional communication aligned with Path-iQ’s mission.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
  • Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to represent the brand professionally in public channels.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign tracking, and performance reporting is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with B2B technology or healthcare sectors, especially AI or digital health, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
