We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the brand's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will develop engaging content strategies that align with business objectives, enhance audience engagement, and drive measurable growth. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills to ensure consistent brand storytelling and performance optimization across platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Write compelling captions, posts, and video scripts that resonate with target audiences
  • Design visually appealing creatives using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital practices
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and growth
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Optimize content strategies based on analytics, SEO insights, and audience data
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages professionally, and foster community growth

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and content trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form and long-form content
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and social media analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies for improved results
