Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
• Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information.
• Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards.
• Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.
• Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholder.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Effective communication skills
