Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Swarajya Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and executing campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing engaging content, optimizing posts and profiles for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting on campaign outcomes. The Social Media Manager collaborates with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader digital strategies. The role also involves community management, including responding to comments and messages, staying informed about industry trends, and proposing new ideas to improve social media impact.

Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaigns, and ensuring consistency across channels.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics) and basic data interpretation to guide decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices; experience in IT or digital services industries is a plus.
