Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Business Orbit’s presence across social media channels. This hybrid position is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, with flexibility for partial work from home. Daily activities include developing and scheduling posts, managing community interactions, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing and business objectives, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The Social Media Manager will also stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure Business Orbit’s social media remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different social channels and target audiences.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, report insights, and refine campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and familiarity with online networking or community-based platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a social media or community management role is preferred.
