Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including managing content calendars, publishing posts, and monitoring engagement. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with content creators to develop compelling campaigns, optimize posts for reach and performance, and ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals. Daily tasks include community management, responding to comments and messages, tracking analytics, and providing regular performance reports with recommendations. The role also involves keeping up with social media trends and experimenting with new formats to better connect with young audiences.
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) activities across major platforms.
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content.
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy aligned with brand and audience goals.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to improve performance.
  • Relevant experience in managing brand or creator accounts, preferably targeting youth audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram and adapt to a fast-paced creative workflow.
