About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who understands content, culture, and platform trends. The ideal candidate will manage multiple client accounts, develop social media strategies, oversee content execution, and drive engagement and brand growth through data-backed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and account managers to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage end-to-end publishing, scheduling, and optimization of social media content.
- Build and nurture online communities by managing comments, messages, and brand interactions.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, CTR, and content performance.
- Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to align organic and paid campaigns.
- Present strategies, reports, and recommendations to clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure timely execution, quality control, and brand consistency across all client accounts.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube best practices.
- Excellent content planning, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Agency experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools.
- Passion for social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital culture.
