SocialMM is looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage, grow, and optimize our clients’ social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative content and performance-driven strategy.

• Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business goals
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally
• Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to create or coordinate high-quality creatives (posts, reels, ads)
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads preferred)
• Excellent communication and content planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies
• Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling platforms
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
