We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Manager who can help us grow our online presence, build stronger customer engagement, and create impactful digital campaigns across platforms.

Objectives Of This Role

• Increase engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms
• Build a stronger emotional connection between the brand and audience
• Acquire new followers and customers through strategic content planning
• Develop innovative social media campaigns aligned with fashion and lifestyle trends
• Improve brand visibility and ROI through targeted and consistent messaging
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities relevant to women’s fashion

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
• Develop and execute creative campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams
• Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, reels, and engagement
• Maintain the brand’s visual identity and tone across all channels
• Stay updated with current fashion, content, and social media trends
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular strategy improvements
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers for content execution
• Create concepts for reels, influencer collaborations, product launches, and festive campaigns
