Job Description

Role: Social Media Manager (primary title: Social Media Manager — local title: Sociaal Media Manager). On-site role based in India, responsible for end-to-end social strategy, execution, and performance.
Role & Responsibilities

Role: Social Media Manager (primary title: Social Media Manager — local title: Sociaal Media Manager). On-site role based in India, responsible for end-to-end social strategy, execution, and performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute cross-platform social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Plan and manage the content calendar; commission and oversee creation of copy, graphics, and short-form videos to meet editorial and campaign objectives.
- Set up, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager; handle targeting, budget pacing, and A/B tests to maximise ROI.
- Manage community and reputation: respond to audience conversations, escalate sensitive issues, and build relationships with creators and influencers.
- Track and interpret performance using Google Analytics and social dashboards; deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports with growth recommendations.
- Coordinate with Creative, PR, Product, and Sales teams to align social activity with product launches, partnerships, and promotional calendars.
- Must-Have: Proven experience managing social channels for media, entertainment, or digital consumer brands with demonstrable growth metrics.
- Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager for paid social campaign execution.
- Must-Have: Proficiency with Google Analytics and native social analytics for measurement and reporting.
- Must-Have: Strong content planning and community management experience in high-frequency publishing environments.
- Must-Have: Ability to craft clear, conversion-oriented copy and localize content for Indian audiences.
- Must-Have: Comfortable working on-site in India and coordinating production with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience with TikTok, creator partnerships, or influencer programs.
- Preferred: Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SEO best practices for social content and YouTube optimisation.
- Creative, fast-paced media environment with clear impact on audience and revenue metrics.
- On-site collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities for learning and growth.
