Social Media Manager

SALARY - Rs. 15K-50K (depending on skill sets and quality of experience)

Location _ Panampilly Nagar - Cochin

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy
• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Ideate and brief content for posts, reels, stories and campaigns
• Engage with audiences: replies, comments and DMs
• Track analytics, optimise performance, and share reports
• Proficient with Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools 
• Collaborate with designers, writers and influencers
• Stay updated with trends, algorithm, and platform best practices

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter
• Creative mindset + ability to analyse data
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
• Understanding of digital culture and trends
