About us

Kwanta Communications is a creative agency delivering brand, digital, and film work across multiple clients. This is a blended role for someone who can run social media accounts and own the client relationship that goes with them.


The role

You will manage social media for a set of client accounts and act as their day-to-day point of contact. That means planning content, coordinating the creative team, keeping clients updated, and making sure work ships on time. It suits someone who is equally comfortable building a content calendar and handling a client call. This is a hybrid role based in Chandigarh, working closely with the founder.


What you'll do

  • Plan and manage monthly social calendars across assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate with design, video, and copy to produce posts, reels, and stories
  • Schedule content and manage day-to-day community engagement
  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, from briefs to approvals
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the creative team
  • Track performance and share simple, useful reports with clients
  • Keep timelines, feedback, and follow-ups organised so nothing slips


What we're looking for

  • 2 to 4 years in social media management, client servicing, or a mix of both, with an agency background strongly preferred
  • A working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X, and what performs on each
  • Confident client communication that stays clear and professional under pressure
  • Strong organisation and follow-through across multiple accounts
  • Comfort with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite
  • Proficient in writing effective AI prompts for content ideas, captions, and reporting
  • Based in or around Chandigarh Tricity, or willing to relocate, for hybrid working


Bonus points

  • Experience with paid social and boosting campaigns
  • Basic hands-on design or video editing (Canva, CapCut) for quick turnarounds
  • Experience developing or executing brand IPs, events, or content properties
  • Copywriting ability for captions and short-form content
