Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation, optimizing social media platforms, and driving engagement with targeted audiences. The role requires analyzing performance metrics, ensuring brand voice consistency, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Experience in creating and executing effective content strategies
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
• Knowledge of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting tools
• Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
