• Develop and manage content strategies across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

• Plan, create, and publish engaging and high-performing content tailored to each platform

• Manage and grow our YouTube channel, including video uploads, SEO optimization, thumbnails, and performance tracking

• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and academic teams to align social media with overall brand goals

• Respond to comments and messages promptly to encourage community engagement

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns

• Strong knowledge of YouTube best practices, analytics, and content strategies

• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics

• Creative thinker with strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

• Ability to multitask and manage content calendars with attention to detail

• Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus

• Candidates must reside within a 20 km radius of Madurai
