Customer Reporting Specialist

The Customer Reporting Specialist will be an integral part of the Analytics team, supporting stakeholder reporting needs using business travel data aligned to strategic business priorities. This role focuses on producing accurate, timely reporting, monitoring data quality, and supporting continuous improvement through standardized processes and documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain recurring and adhoc reports for stakeholders using approved tools and data sources
• Manage ITSM tool supporting Customer MI travel data report production, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined standards, escalating issues as appropriate
• Perform ongoing data quality checks to proactively identify issues and support resolution with cross-functional teams
• Provide day-to-day reporting support and engage with stakeholders as required, operating with a strong sense of urgency
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of job aids, runbooks, and process documentation related to reporting workflows and data validations
• Support with process improvement initiatives
• Adhere to Statements of Work, delivery commitments, and productivity expectations while maintaining customer satisfaction goals
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Go-getter who is quick learner, energetic, curious, creative, and proactive
• Bachelor’s degree where course work could include (either): SQL programming, statistics, travel, business administration, finance, economics, and mathematics
• Must have 3+ years of relevant work experience in data reporting & analytics, travel industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Foundational experience with SQL for querying and validating data
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools
• Strong problem-solving ability with a structured analytical approach
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Ability to follow defined processes, document steps clearly, and learn complex systems over time
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management skills required – including ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced, multi-project environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including those needed to support customers in other regions
