  • What will you do?
  • Review aged Invoice reports, charges & its accuracy before initiating collections.
  • Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and its history for non -payment.
  • Professional handling of customer inquiries, including customer disputes and inquiries for balance clarification.
  • Effectively overcoming customer objections and assisting with bringing their account current.
  • Investigate historical data, Accounts, past payments etc for each Invoice/customer.
  • Contact past due customers request payment & negotiate appropriate payment arrangements.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value.
  • Co-ordinate for payments and refunds.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status assist accounting in applying proper revenue recognition, validating sales tax on invoices and other accounting controls.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and work on a tight timeframe.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements & standardization.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues demonstrating technical aptitude proactively and independently.
  • The ability to effectively and adeptly communicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexibility to handle additional special projects as assigned.
  • Team player, enjoys being part of a group, driven to add value to the position.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications / Requirements*
  • 5- 7 years of Collection experience.
  • Finance graduate
  • Invoicing adjustment and account review experience preferred.
  • NetSuite & SFDC experience a plus
  • Order Management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work in shifts
