Purpose of the role: The Social Media Executive will be responsible for building and managing the brand’s digital presence across social platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, executing impactful campaigns, and driving audience growth and engagement. The objective is to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall marketing goals through a creative and data-driven approach.
What You’ll Do
1. Social Media Handling
- Manage and maintain company profiles across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, ensuring timely responses and community engagement.
- Maintain brand tone and consistency across all platforms.
2. Content Creation
- Create compelling and engaging content including captions, creatives, reels, short videos, and stories.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal teams for high-quality content production.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Support brand awareness and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience in content planning, execution, and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Portfolio or examples of successful campaigns will be an added advantage.
