Role Summary

The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Vadodara Area. As a Social Media Executive / Content Creation Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and building a strong online presence that connects with our audience and drives brand awareness. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, coordinating product promotions, monitoring comments, and engaging with audiences to drive store visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• High-Quality Production: Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and graphics using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite, as well as product photography and videography.
• Copywriting: Write creative captions and product descriptions that connect with our audience.
• Optimisation & Strategy: Stay updated with the latest trends, platform algorithms, and electronics retail developments to suggest improvements.
• Community Engagement: Monitor performance, suggest ideas to improve engagement/reach, and respond to messages to build community.
• Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches to align activities with business objectives.
• Innovation: Learn and work with AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role is preferred. Prior experience in retail or electronics marketing is an advantage, though talented freshers with the right skills are welcome.
• Core Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).
• Communication: Creative thinker with excellent visual and written communication skills.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar) and experience with basic analytics tools.
• Execution: Ability to manage multiple platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and handle tasks with attention to detail.
• Bonus Points: Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategy, or a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. A passion for electronics, gadgets, and digital marketing is a major bonus!
