Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and support community-building initiatives. They will track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to optimize campaigns. The role also includes staying updated on social trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to inform content and strategy.
Qualifications
  • Strong social media content creation skills, including crafting posts, captions, and basic visual briefs tailored to different platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in social media marketing, including managing brand pages, scheduling content, and supporting campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and writing skills to maintain a consistent, on-brand voice.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to analyze basic social media analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in lifestyle brands and creativity, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn and experiment.
