Social Media Content Specialist (shooting & Editing)

We’re looking for a highly proactive and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can independently manage content creation end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands platform dynamics, can execute quickly, and consistently deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

● Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

● Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

● Manage and execute a fast-paced content calendar with quick turnaround times

● Write compelling captions, hooks, and strong CTAs to drive engagement

● Optimize content using relevant keywords, hashtags, and platform best practices

● Develop basic scripts and content ideas aligned with current trends

● Design static posts and creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms

● Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and trend awareness

● Track content performance and optimize based on insights

● Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media/content creation

● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content strategies

● Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content

● Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)

● Knowledge of Adobe software suite is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

● Working knowledge of design tools (Canva or equivalent)

● Strong copywriting skills(captions, hooks, CTAs, keywords)

● Ability to multitask and deliver consistently in a high-speed environment

● Good communication and creative thinking skills

● Experience managing or scaling brand social media accounts

● On-camera confidence or experience directing shoots

● Understanding of meme culture and viral content trends

● Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
