About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage and grow NikahForever’s social media presence across platforms with creativity, consistency, and strong audience understanding. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to create engaging content, write compelling copy, track performance, and build a brand voice that resonates with the target audience.
You will be responsible for planning and executing social media content, managing the posting calendar, engaging with the audience, and working closely with internal teams to improve brand visibility and content performance. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu and English, with the ability to create written content in both languages.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the social media calendar end-to-end — plan, create, schedule, and publish content across relevant platforms.
- Create engaging Urdu and English content for social media, including captions, post copy, and short-form content ideas.
- Develop content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create content around campaigns, promotions, success stories, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions where needed.
- Work with the performance marketing team on boosted posts and campaign support.
- Track and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance, and audience trends.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities.
- Support the development of a strong and consistent brand voice across social platforms.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Urdu is mandatory for this role — candidates must be fluent in English and Urdu, with the ability to write captions and content in Urdu script and English.
- Proven experience in managing and growing a brand’s social media presence.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of audience engagement, content trends, and social media best practices.
- Ability to analyze content performance and turn insights into action.
Nice to Have
- Basic design/editing skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and community-led content formats.
- Experience working with performance marketing teams for paid social support.
- Prior experience in consumer internet, community, relationship, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
